With extensive experience in executive recruitment and talent acquisition, he has built a reputation for helping companies identify and attract top-tier talent to drive business growth and innovation. Von brings a wealth of experience to North Hill having worked extensively on sourcing, recruiting and talent acquisition strategies for some of the world's top companies including Mitsui & Company (Global 500) and with leading executive search firm Korn Ferry (Fortune 500). In addition, Von has helped dozens of start ups intelligently scale and bring in critical hires at all levels.

Reasearcher & Sourcer

Researcher & Sourcer Carol brings her analytical and data search skills to her sourcing and candidate research. Her ability to map out vertical and competitive talent ecosystems gives us a tremendous advantage in terms of high quality outreach and candidate networking. Prior to North Hill Elise did a business analyst internship with a top Medical Device company and worked in sourcing for a leading Financial Services company.

Mark Martin


Mark brings a combination of technical skills as a former software engineer with Cooper Industries along with deep skills around sourcing, recruiting and talent transformation. In addition, Mark helped build several start ups including an acquisition of a niche, SaaS based Financial planning company that was focused around bridging the world of AI and Capital Markets.
